Hao Xian (Agoda)
Our team recently attended an offsite training session with Flexbe, led by the incredible Chee Lian/Tung, and it was an outstanding experience! The purpose of the training was to improve team collaboration and communication, and it exceeded all our expectations.
The trainer was not only highly experienced but also had an amazing ability to connect with the participants, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere. The activities were fun, and they fostered great collaboration across the team, helping us understand each other better on both professional and personal levels.
What stood out the most was the trainer’s skill in managing the mood and dynamics of the group, ensuring everyone felt included and motivated throughout the session. It was one of the best training experiences I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend Flexbe to anyone looking to enhance their team’s cohesion and communication. Chee Lian/Tung is truly one of the best trainers I’ve had the privilege to work with!
Ng Shan Na, Taylor’s University
Flexbe has provided us a very fun learning experience via the team building activities. The flexibility and the openness of the trainer to understand and tailor made the programme for our team to address the team challenges were very useful. It helped us to grow out of the comfort zone, to learn different ways in managing the team dynamics.
The content is always being presented in a light-hearted but with strong message behind, very encouraging yet truthful. This team building was arranged with many activities and we particularly enjoyed the debrief because that’s when we can learn new knowledge and messages via the activities that we played. We look forward to having Flexbe again for other potential topics in the future.
Lai Sin (Allianz)

The schedule was meticulously planned, ensuring that every moment was utilized effectively without feeling rushed. Your team’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the event. From the initial planning stages to the execution, you and team demonstrated professionalism and creativity, making the entire experience enjoyable and memorable for all participants. We highly recommend Flexbe and especially you and team for any organization looking to host a successful team-building event.
